ENTRY FORMS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!

GENERAL INFORMATION
All shows are TLBAA World-Qualifying events. All cattle entered for the 2023 Llano Longhorn Roundup must be TLBAA registered. Registration numbers are required on the entry forms. Participants can enter animals in multiple events or just bring animals for a single show event. But, we hope you will make the most of your time and expenses by bringing a group of your best and enter various show events.
____________________________
To help clarify any confusion for our show participants: The Llano Longhorn Roundup shows were deemed as World-Qualifying Shows by TLBAA back in mid-July. Then, after show planning was in progress and some advertising had begun about the show weekend, the World Show Committee decided to deny that classification in mid-August. The HOTLA Affiliate petitioned the TLBAA Board of Directors for a ruling on this situation. A special vote was held on the evening of 8-24-23 which resulted in a unanimous decision by the TLBAA Directors to classify these shows, once again, as "world-qualifying." All show records will be kept and submitted accordingly.

Entry deadline is October 12, 2023 for all entry paperwork to be in the office (not the postmark date).
Any entries received after that date will be charged a LATE FEE of $10/entry. If this is not included with your recap page and payment, you will be billed for the late fees. Your late fee total is payable at check-in time or arrangements can be made to make payment prior to your arrival at the show.
Liability Waiver Form:
All animal owners and exhibitors must complete and sign the Liability Waiver Form (please include this signed page with your entry paperwork). Only one signed waiver is needed, even if you have entered multiple show events.
Registration Paperwork:
A copy of the registration certificate for each animal entered in any of the show events must accompany your entry form for that specific show. Please put the certificates in order of the listing of entrants shown on each of your entry forms.
